1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry
4. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation
5. Rights of admission reserved
6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer
7. The buying or selling of the tickets other than from the authorised counter at the venue is an offence and legal action will be taken against them
8. Attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere. The venue may reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who are disruptive or violate the event rules.
9. All Right of admission are reserved with the organizer/Auditorium`s management
10. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the function gets cancelled, the organizer shall not be liable for compensation.
11. Any misbehavior or misconduct is unacceptable at the event or club`s premises. If found then strict action will be taken by club management.
12.Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or compensated.
13. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and behave respectfully toward staff and other attendees
14. Organiser or Zaverchand Meghani Management reserves all the right to remove anyone creating disturbances or engaging in inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
15. Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted.
16. Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
17. Security checks will be conducted at entry points. Cooperation with security personnel is mandatory.
18. Organiser or Zaverchand Meghani Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
19. The event schedule and artist lineup are subject to change without prior notice.
20. Organiser or Zaverchand Meghani Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in unforeseen circumstances.
21. Please note that all entry passes for the event are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be canceled once booked, under any circumstances.
22. By attending, you agree to allow Organiser or Zaverchand Meghani Management to use images or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
23. Parking is at your own risk & kindly do not park vehicles on the road to avoid traffic disturbance.
24. Organiser or Zaverchand Meghani Management will not be held liable for any injury, theft, loss, or damage sustained at the event.
