Overview
At Swara Music Events & Entertainments, all ticket purchases made through our website are processed securely via Razorpay. We request you to read the refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase
Ticket Sales & Refunds
- Duplicate tickets or accidental multiple purchases will not be eligible for refunds.
- All tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for another category, date, or event.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds, if any, will be processed only if officially announced by the organiser.
- In the unlikely event that the concert is cancelled by the organiser, the ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method used via Razorpay.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be initiated through Razorpay only.
- Once processed, the refund amount may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your bank account or original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payment Gateway Charges
- Any applicable payment gateway charges or taxes levied by Razorpay or banks are non-refundable.
- Swara Music Events & Entertainments is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Incorrect Details & Failed Transactions
- In case of a failed transaction, where the amount is debited but tickets are not generated, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay as per their standard process.
- Please ensure that all personal and payment details are entered correctly at the time of booking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
